課程大綱內容:
本課程之目標，在介紹真菌生理學之基礎觀念及應用發展。內容包括，真菌細胞之組成及構造，真菌孢子之潛伏及發芽，真菌之生長，真菌之養份需求與獲取，真菌生長之物理需求，真菌之代謝，真菌之有性發生過程，真菌之費洛蒙，真菌之無性產孢，真菌生物技術，以及相關研究論文之報告與討論等。本課程為二學分，修習同學建議有真菌學之基礎，學期成績由期中、期末考試及論文報告等為標準。
The goal of this course is to introduce students the fundamental concepts of fungal physiology. This course is two credit hours and will meet two hours every week. Students who are willing to take this course are required to have basic knowledge of mycology. The grade will be determined by the mid-term, final examination and paper presentation.
